He had a quote to me immediately with a reasonable price (unlike their competitor, who took a week to give me a quote 50% higher). The guys arrived right on time and were very courtesy and professional. They took steps to protect our yard from their heavy equipment. They made sure we were good with their pruning work along the way. When they finished, they cleaned up every bit of it. They even cleaned the tree debris that fell into the pool! Brian Ferry understood what was needed and diligently managed the coordination of demolition, new concrete, carpentry, irrigation, and landscaping. They were working in very cramped spaces on a narrow private road, and still executed the work with virtually no disruption or disturbances. I've used them before and sought them out again for an estimate to fix a bad erosion problem and landscape improvement. I now understand that you get what you pay for. Their estimate was not cheap, but also not the highest I received. But, the work done and the customer service provided was outstanding and worth every penny (and more). They went above-and-beyond in every way (including doing extra work not included in the estimate without charging me extra for it). When I had a concern the day after completion, their project manager Chad came immediately to address it -- on the morning of the 4th of July holiday! I could not be more pleased with the work and service, nor more happy with the value of the price paid.
